Bone Broth Crock Pot Method
Meaty bones (TURKEY CARCASS!!!!) =

Celery – 2-3 stalks chopped into 1” pieces
Parsnips – 1 chopped into cubes
Garlic – 1/8 tsp
1/3 cup organic apple cider vinegar
Cover with SPRING WATER
½ Tblsp Turmeric
1 tsp grated Ginger
*optional – ½ Tblsp black peppercorns (warming)
Heat on LOW in crockpot for 24-48 hours.
Remove meat off bones after 6-8 hours.
***In last hour of cooking add 1 tsp of parsley and cilantro
Bones can be cooked longer (may take 48 hours and continuous addition of water) so that you can cut through them with a fork like butter. Blend bones with enough broth (or more water) to make slurry, then stir back into rest of broth.
