As a previous member of the American Diabetes Association Leadership Board, Dr. Barchman’s strives to help find a cure for this dreadful disease that is diabetes. It was after losing our beloved Dr. Cheri Jones, who passed away from secondary complications of diabetes, that she discovered her passion to reach for the cure. Dr. Barchman works directly with Likarda in doing studies to treat and hopefully one day, bring a cure for this disease.
